Terms and conditions for the purchase and payment of Public Institution in Culture Fortress of Culture Šibenik services (ticktes).
Purchase and payment of tickets through the Internet store of the Public Institution in Culture Fortress of Culture Šibenik (hereinafter: Internet store) is possible only for locations managed by the Public Institution in Culture Fortress Šibenik of Culture Šibenik (hereinafter: Fortress of Culture) with which the company RAO d.o.o. concluded an agreement on the distribution and collection of tickets via the website.
In addition to the Conditions for purchasing tickets through the Internet store for locations managed by the Fortress of Culture, the Privacy Policy of the Fortress of Culture also applies.
Types of tickets
Through the Internet store, users can buy standard types of tickets according to the valid price list of the Fortress of Culture.
When buying tickets in the online store, the user selects the type and quantity of wanted tickets.
By using the purchased ticket, the customer is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the use of the Fortress of Culture ticket, and the period of use of the ticket is determined by the type of ticket purchased.
Issuing receipts
With the introduction of the Act on the Fiscalization of Tickets, ticket has no invoice value, but a receipt is issued with the purchased ticket.
The invoice and ticket will be sent to the User's registered e-mail address.
If the User wants to issue an R1 invoice, the User must enter the data required for issuing an R1 invoice before confirming the order and payment. The User is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered during the purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.
Print@home tickets - download and use
Print@home is a service for printing tickets purchased via the Internet store (hereinafter: Print@home tickets). Each Print@home ticket has a separate (unique) 1D barcode printed on it. One Print@home ticket with one 1D barcode is printed for each ticket.
After completing the purchase, the User is obliged to print the purchased Print@home ticket and have it arrived at the Fortress of Culture locations. Exceptionally, in the event that it is not possible to print the Print@home ticket, the User can present it via smartphone. Subsequent printing of the Print@home ticket at the sales points of the Fortress of Culture is not possible.
When arriving at the Fortress of Culture locations, the User must read Print@home ticket barcode on access control devices at the Fortress of Culture location or present the ticket to the Fortress of Culture employee in charge of entrance control in order to register and cancel the Print@home ticket.
Any copying, distribution, transmission, publication or modification of the Print@home ticket is prohibited!
If a duplicate Print@home ticket appears, the right of entry and the validity of the ticket are realized by the first person who reads Print@home ticket barcode on access control device or presents it to the employee of the Fortress of Culture who is in charge of ticket control.
The user is responsible for printing and using the Print@home ticket received at the registered e-mail address after completing the purchase process via the Internet store.
Fortress of Culture and the company RAO doo are not responsible in the event of a duplicate Print@home ticket, as well as in the event of any other misuse of the issued, charged and delivered Print@home ticket.
In the case of transferring a Print@home ticket from the User (buyer) to a third party, these Terms and Conditions are transferred and applied to the current holder of the relevant ticket. The User is obliged to point out the provisions of these Terms and Conditions to the person to whom he is transferring the ticket.
For all additional information about the Fortress of Culture (working hours, contents, events, etc.) and about the types and methods of using tickets, the User is hereby directed to the official website of the Fortress of Culture: www.tvrdjava-kulture.hr .
Exchange of purchased tickets
If the Print@home ticket is not used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
